Momma was in one of those strange Momma moods yesterday. I don't know why but I had a feeling that something was going to happen. Something big. And it did.
Momma was out shopping all morning and I was so excited to see her when she finally walked in the door that I didn't even hear her say "I've got something for you." Too bad, too, because I would have hidden or triple locked the doors or done something, anything to keep this creature out of my house.
Meet Annie, my new sister. Since Momma said the creature is staying I decided to name her Annie after my foster sister. This Annie isn't as sassy as the original but she's making her mark around here.
My Annie doesn't even smell like the original, which is a good thing. I thoroughly checked her out to make sure she was legit before playing with her.
Smashed in face - check.
Curly tail - check.
Solid body - check.
Smells like a pug - check.
And if any of you were wondering about her sassiness, just check out this video. Sheesh! What am I going to do with her?
To make matters even worse, she climbed in my princess bed. No one sits in my princess bed except me! Oh, and Salinger since he's a princess, too.
What's that, Momma? I have to be nice to her? Why? Can't we just send her down to Texas to live with the real Annie?
The nerve of Annie! Look at that smirk on her face. Get your own princess bed, girl!
Maybe if I just climb in there and push her out...
Oh, hi Momma! We were just bonding. BFFs real soon now, I'm sure.
Oh no not the bed! Next thing you know it'll be your toys and then, gasp, your treats! Well.. She looks pretty harmless so I don't think you need to worry very much. Just keep your mom in line and you'll still be queen B! Love ya Tiffy!
ReplyDeleteOh Tiffy, I'll bet if you're really nice, Annie will keep you warm on cold nights. She sure looks like a pug to me!
ReplyDeleteOh Tiffy! That is a super duper pug doll...ahem...sister. Can your mama tell our mama where you got its?
ReplyDeleteMuch luvums,

Pee-s: The only reason we didn't mention Gracie is that she's out-of-house and away from any 'puter due to her surgery so she hasn't seen this post yet'ums.
Hi Tiffy! What are you going to do now? I agree that something has to be done with that...sister. Maybe when your mom is not looking... Well, she at least needs to get her own bed. The nerve! My mom brought one of those home a while back and it freaked me out. I'm not going to share my house with a weirdo I told her! If you need to get away, just head south and stay with me a bit...then your mom will get the message for sure. Oh, your head tilts in that video were spot on!
ReplyDeleteLove,
Payton
Oh Tiffy
ReplyDeleteHow exciting! That means she can go on adventures with you. Does she get a car seat too? And will she eat YOUR food?
She is mighty cute, and looks like you.
Your so lucky to have a little sissy like her.
Does she talk?
Ohhh, does that mean she will play with your toys?
love

Well, I have to tell you Miss Tiffy. We had a doggie visitor the other evening and Little Miss Poopy Pants Scarlet pouted the whole time.
ReplyDeleteThe doggie visitor was a lost doggie waiting for a ride so Scarlet was nice to her, but she didn't like having to share us. I had to remind her that there's enough love to go around for all doggies, stuffed ones included.

ReplyDeleteOh Tiffy, I just don't know about this new sissy! I mean she hopped right in your princess bed?!
ReplyDeleteWe'll give her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe you'll end up being best buds!!!
